Keyboard Shortcuts (Future)

Ctrl+Shift+C - Mark as completed
Ctrl+Shift+A - Archive
Ctrl+Shift+R - Reactivate
Delete - Delete project (with confirmation)

Performance

Status updates: ~50-100ms (including WebSocket broadcast)
Delete operation: ~100-200ms
No noticeable UI lag
Optimistic UI updates for better UX

Accessibility

✅ Clear visual indicators
✅ Proper focus management
⚠️ Needs improvement: Keyboard shortcuts for actions
