Status note (2026-10-07, 2.0.0 release prep). Not outstanding work — do not start. This task migrates the Astro frontend’s 1391-line hand-written src/lib/api.ts onto generated Vue Query hooks. ADR-0009 deprecated src/hercules-web and did not port it, so there is no live api.ts worth migrating and no Astro islands to wire a QueryClient into. The Studio-side equivalent is task_114, which remains genuinely open. Panel-by-panel replacement map: src/hercules-web/DEPRECATED.md.

Goal

Мигрировать hercules-web с hand-written src/lib/api.ts (1391 строк) на generated Orval Vue Query hooks. Заменить all hand-written DTOs и API methods на generated. Добавить Vue Query plugin в Astro islands.
